Surrey Place Centre in Toronto is an ambulatory facility for people with developmental challenges. The project is an existing heritage designated building. The project scope included programming and master planning of the entire building, and design and construction of phase one work. Phase one included teaching spaces for children with autism; public, reception and waiting areas; a coffee shop; and clinical and administration spaces.
