Tobia Architects was retained to undertake a peer review of the Mega Housing Project on KFSH + RC campus in Jeddah, with the support of a team of consultants from Toronto to provide structural, MEP and traffic review services. The project will accommodate approximately 7,500 residents and includes 61 buildings with a total area of 230,000 sqm. The main project components include various types of apartments buildings, a main plaza, a mosque, a recreational building, a supermarket, a bus terminal, an elementary school and kindergarten, and utility buildings. The peer-review team from Toronto included Crossey Engineering as MEP consultant, Entuitive as structural consultant, and BA Group for site traffic and parking.
