Hill International engaged Tobia Architects team to work on the study in their Riyadh office. The “Capacity Expansion Plan for ICU and Isolation Beds” project was a complex needs analysis and site verification study for 21 hospitals distributed across 19 locations. The study included review and analysis of background information, development of project approach and design guidelines, site verification, recording of findings and observations, and recommendations for implementation.
