New Design for the Al Bawani Mixed-Use Project in Riyadh

Al Bawani mixed use building project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is a 50,000 sqm mix-use complex that includes a hotel, furnished residential suites, an office building, retail spaces and two levels of underground parking. The design is responsive to the site’s corner location, accommodating the various functions in a curved floor layout that extends the length of the site. Tobia Architects provided programming, master planning and conceptual design for the site.
