Participation in International Workshops in the Last Year

Tobia Architects participated in a number of workshops and presentations focusing mainly on healthcare facilities design solutions and project delivery process. These took place in the following locations: Riyadh (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia), Vienna (Austria), Toronto (Canada), Dohuk (Kurdistan Region, Iraq) and Erbil (Kurdistan Region, Iraq).

  • A presentation, “The New Vision of Healthy Kurdistan 2030”, in two workshops held at the University of Dohuk and at the University of Salahaddin in Erbil, both in the Kurdistan Region Iraq.
  • In Toronto, we participated in Concept Note Consultations for the World Bank Group, “Strategy for Fragility, Conflict & Violence 2020- 2025”.  Click here for the Concept Note.
  • In Vienna, “Experts roundtable discussion on the reconstruction of the city of Mosul”.
  • The Riyadh workshop, attended by team members of a users group, developer and contractor, focused on the delivery process of healthcare projects.
