The projects included various renovations prior to the redevelopment project. The 500 bed chronic health hospital at the time went through major renovations including, cognitive support unit, palliative unit, inpatient units and several public and administration areas. The cognitive support unit unique renovations and character attracted attention and was presented in several conference including the International Design and Health Symposium in Stockholm Sweden in 2000.
