Tobia Architects is in the process of designing a new-build, detached house of approximately 3500 sq ft in the Toronto urban area. The plan features an open concept and easy flow between spaces on the ground floor, four bedrooms on the first floor, and a finished basement.
The house accommodates the owners’ vision and reflects their functional needs. The design focuses on simple volumes from the exterior, and on interiors which are light-filled, with views of the patio and gardens.
