Tobia Architects was retained to provide architectural, interior design and medical planning peer review services for a new Polyclinic and Family Medicine building, including the engagement of a team of consultants from Toronto to provide structural, building envelop, MEP, parking and traffic circulation, food services and life safety reviews. Located within the campus of KFSH + RC, Riyadh, the project includes several clinics; imaging, laboratory, pharmacy spaces; a simulation lab and training centre and associated support services; and 46,000 sqm. for parking. The peer-review team from Toronto included Crossey Engineering as MEP consultant, Entuitive as structure and building envelop consultant, Sereca as code and life safety consultant and Kaizen as food services consultant. LEA Consulting provided the traffic and parking review and BrainNet provided the review for simulation and training centre infrastructure./span>
