Construction Completed for Third Wave Coffee, Toronto, Canada
Construction was completed in 2020. Tobia Architects was selected to design the first location of Third Wave Coffee, located in a busy area of downtown Toronto.
The thoughtful and simple design, integrated with original art work and highly functional brewing spaces, was guided by TWC’s four principles: People, Product, Process, and Planet as well as a sustainable base, and the strong vision of TWC’s founder.
An over-sized ceiling lighting ring representing a ripple of water, and careful selection of materials including natural Canadian walnut, complete the calm ambiance which welcomes Third Wave Coffee’s clientele inside.
